TrainingPros is hosting the L&D Leader Exchange, a small-group conversation during lunch for Directors, VPs, and Heads of Learning holding the learning roadmap for their organizations. This is a facilitated conversation among peers carrying the same scope you are. The primary experience is a candid, peer-to-peer discussion focused on the issues leaders are navigating right now—what’s working, what’s changing, and where L&D teams are feeling stretched heading into 2027. The goal is to create a practical, leader-to-leader conversation where participants can compare notes, share perspectives, and hear what peers in other organizations are doing. Participants will be entered into a raffle for either a guest opportunity on the Learning Leader Spotlight Podcast or an invitation to a private national L&D benchmarking session with other learning leaders.
