Join us for a dynamic event featuring Talent Development professionals as they pull back the curtain on their leadership development programs—from strategy to execution. You will learn from top organizations and walk away with practical insights to apply in your own programs.

Each speaker will share an overview of their program, highlighting their unique approach to developing leaders. Then, we’ll move into a moderated panel discussion to explore themes and insights across the different approaches—and wrap up with an open Q&A so you can bring your own questions to the table.

Light refreshments will be provided.

Location: Ball Corporate Headquarters, 9200 W 108th Circle, Westminster, CO 80030.  Note that GPS may take you to Ball Corporate Headquarters North, so look for the flagpoles at the entrance to know you are in the correct location. 


Speaker: Katie Gerwitz, Ball Corporation

Katie will share how she brought a cohesive leadership development strategy to life—covering everything from building the vision to executing across all levels of leadership. Get practical insights and lessons learned from designing programs that drive real impact.

Katie Gerwitz is a strategic learning and talent development leader with over 10 years of experience designing and delivering impactful programs that strengthen leadership capability, employee engagement, and organizational performance. At Ball Corporation, she has led the launch of Ball Academy, developed global leadership programs for leaders at all levels, and partnered with senior leaders to align learning strategy with business goals. Her initiatives have expanded access to development across the enterprise as she delivers solutions that are both strategic and actionable. Prior to Ball, Katie led digital learning transformation efforts and produced large-scale virtual programming at the World Trade Center Denver. She is known for her collaborative approach, strong execution, and ability to connect talent and learning to business impact..
