Rooted in Connection: Communication for Resilience, Growth, and Impact
We are thrilled to welcome Monique Russell as our 2025 ATD RMC Conference Keynote Speaker!
As a Global Communication Strategist and Emotional Intelligence Educator, Monique Russell brings over two decades of international experience helping leaders and organizations lead with clarity, connection, and courage — especially during times of change. Through her consultancy, Clear Communication Solutions, Monique has empowered teams across the U.S., Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Middle East to communicate in ways that build trust, inspire action, and support well-being.
Monique’s keynote will explore how communication practices rooted in emotional intelligence can elevate how we grow talent, build culture, and lead change — the three central tracks of this year’s conference. With warmth, insight, and storytelling, she’ll challenge us to see communication not just as a tool, but as a daily practice of empathy, self-awareness, and connection.
Her client list includes BMW, Google, Amazon, the CDC, and Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, and her work has been featured in Fast Company. She is also the author of The Ultimate Speaker’s Guide and Intentional Motherhood, and host of the Bridge to U podcast.
Monique’s presence sets the tone for a day of learning, reflection, and renewed inspiration — reminding us that connection is not a skill to master, but a practice to return to.
