Change Management and L&D: The Linchpin to Successful Change Execution

This session explores the critical link between Change Management and Learning & Development. It underscores the importance of L&D in facilitating successful change programs by preparing employees and fostering a culture that embraces change.

This presentation highlights the pivotal role L&D professionals play in driving change readiness and the strategies for developing effective change training programs. The session includes best practices for aligning learning with change objectives, conducting needs assessments, and implementing change-related training.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the role of L&D in successful change management.
  • Develop skills for aligning training programs with change management goals.
  • Discover methods for designing and implementing effective change training programs.
  • Explore approaches for providing continuous support and fostering long-term change adopt
  • Exchange ideas and actions with our learning professionals

Our in-person meeting will be hosted at Propeller's office, 1625 Blake Street, in the Carter Rice Building. Feel free to arrive early, staring at 4:30pm for some in-formal networking. Light refreshments and beverages will be served.

 Parking Options: Union Station is two blocks from the office. There are several parking options near by:

    • Interstate Parking - Alamo Plaza Garage 1401 17th St.
    • Interstate Parking - Independent Financial Bank Garage 1331 17th St.
    • LAZ Parking - Elk Lot 1637 Blake St.

Our Presenter:

Keely Middleton is the Practice Lead for People & Change at Propeller Consulting. With extensive experience in change management, strategic alignment, and executive communications, she is a seasoned change leader with a focus on responding empathetically to manage large-scale change, engage employees, build meaningful relationships, communicate strategically, and deliver change that lasts.
