Leading the Learning Function
Virtual Peer Mentor Group

Many of us are feeling a bit distant. Here's a chance to meet other talent development professionals and join in meaningful conversation. Virtual Peer Mentoring Groups connect you with others who want to learn and discuss a similar topic. The groups will meet 6-7 times at a predetermined time over a three-month period.

Here are the topics:

Leadership and Management Development - Developing the skills in others that help them to increase their effectiveness as leaders and managers an/or prepare others to take on formal leadership roles.
Organizational Development - The processes, practices and tools for integrating changing into organizations and teams.
eLearning (Instructional Design) - Effective learning through electronic formats such as online learning courses, microlearning components, virtual learning, webinars, etc
Leading the Learning Function - Strategically leading the learning function and teams of learning professionals within an organization.
Learning Culture - Practical ways to better integrate learning with work (and reach organizational goals).

The Leading the Learning Function group meets on Thursdays from 4:30 to 5:30 pm MST May 13 to July 29, 2021.

The virtual peer mentor groups are open to members and included with membership. Please register so we know to expect you.
