Colleen Melie

Ulta Beauty

Enterprise Training Manager

Colleen has more than 20 years experience in the L&D space. She is passionate instructional design, project management, and change management and how these disciplines overlap. Colleen hods a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instructions, a Master's Certificate in Instructional Design, the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential, and is a Prosci-Certified Change Management Professional. 

Shelley Gable

WellBiz Brands

Director of Learning & Development

Shelly is an instructional strategist with over 10 years of experience. She has led many large scale, cross-functional projects in which she has been responsible for project management as well as learning teams of instructional designers and subject matter experts. Shelley earned her Master's Degree in Instructional & Performance Technology from Boise State University and currently leads Learning & Development at WellBiz Brands, Inc.

Andrea Kamper

Training Manager

DispatchHealth

Andrea Kamper has spent her career as a trainer, content developer, and project/training manager in the healthcare space.  

At DispatchHealth, Andrea leads the call center training operations managing an internal training team and vender training teams both state side an in the Philippines.  Andrea is responsible for building and executing strategy to provide standardized training and educational support platforms. 

Before joining DispatchHealth in September 2021, Andrea spent over 10 years at The Breakaway Group (an Atos company). She most recently served as an Innovations Manager where she was instrumental in identifying and developing new training products and strategies in support of keeping the organization competitive in the market.
