Join the Instructional Design SIG for a presentation and Q&A by Kathy Koultourides. Kathy will present a short, interactive webinar on what brings sales people to the table, cover a few pain points of sales training and provide some data on salespeople’s wish list for training. Have a burning question about sales training? The Q&A session will give you time with an expert on sales training.

Kathy Koultourides utilizes her strong business background and learning and organizational development expertise to guide businesses on how to best improve sales processes andperformance. 

Kathy served as Vice President, Global Sales Force Development for Univar Chemical Solutions where she architected the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for sales training. Prior to that she served as Learning and Talent Development Director at Republic Services in Phoenix, AZ where she directed the sales training efforts for 1,600-member sales force. She also served as Director of Sales Training and Performance Improvement at Aramark Uniform Services in Burbank, CA where she developed and managed an award-winning blended sales training program.

Kathy earned her Certified Professional in Talent Development® with a concentration in instructional design from the Association of Talent Development in 2006 and is the published author of ATD’s TD at Work August 2020 issue titled Sales Kickoffs: Guide and Add Value: https://www.td.org/td-at-work/sales-kickoffs-guide-and-add-value
