Join us for networking and the opportunity to learn more about how companies build a strong coaching culture using data from the Human Capital Institute and the International Coaching Federation. Included in this conversation is a discussion about resilience and how to create questions that build resilience within an organization.

Becky’s rich corporate career includes coaching, talent development, leadership development, facilitation, sales training, marketing, finance and accounting.

Besides Homestead Coaching, Becky is a Career Consultant with Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH). Previously she was responsible for Talent Development at DISH Network, product training at ICG Communications and a financial analyst at Chevron.

She is an active local and global member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and held several offices for ATD-RMC, including President. She was the Volunteer Director for the Denver ATD International Conference and Expo in 2016 and is currently the Chair for the 2021 International Conference Program Advisory Board. She is also actively involved with the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Becky has over 10 years of leadership development experience. She received her ICF Associate Coach Certification (ACC) in 2015. Becky earned an MBA from Regis University, and a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Denver.
