Katie Pagano

Instructional Design Specialist at Ball Corporation

Katie transitioned careers into Instructional Design after spending 10 years in secondary education. She first started consulting with Tulane University in New Orleans helping the Executive MBA program move to a hybrid model. When she knew Instructional Design was her passion, she moved to Denver and accepted a position at the World Trade Center Denver.

In her role at the WTC Denver, she managed weekly international trade training with subject matter experts and created online training content. When COVID-19 hit in the spring of 2020, she not only had to quickly shift her training from ILT to vILT, but she also had to convert her 700-person trade conference into a virtual conference.

In the summer of 2020, Katie accepted a position as an Instructional Design Specialist at Ball Corporation where she creates training programs for the aluminum packaging manufacturing facilities across North America.
