Change Management: Defining a New "Normal" in a Post COVID-19 World Webinar

Dr. Priddy has cancelled her session due to a family emergency. We will work with her to find another date if possible. The ATD Rocky Mountain Chapter apologizes for this short notice.

COVID-19 has already changed the way we work. As restrictions are lifted and companies attempt to adapt to life after COVID-19, a new set of challenges are presented. First, what does "normal" mean? Hint: It doesn't mean "going back to how things were." There are some challenging mindsets to address around our workforce and our priorities. Dr. Andrea Priddy, organizational psychologist, will address these challenges, as well as help you think about how to be a strategic change partner. What can you do right now? What pitfalls can you avoid? What have we already learned?

After her presentation, Dr. Priddy will engage in a 45-minute question and answer session.

June 3, 2020 at 4:00 to 5:30 pm *** NEW TIME ***
