Coaching Matters: Resiliency and Dare to Lead

Jenn Peppers, Career Coach and Certified Dare to Lead Facilitator, will draw on the work of Brene Brown, William Arruda, Ann Betz, and her own work as a coach to lead participants through an interactive workshop that explores the relationship between coaching, resilience, and leadership development.

During our time together, Jenn will:

  • Review the top 10 reasons coaching matters now (maybe more than ever)
  • Focus more in depth on the connection between coaching and resilience, including understanding of transitions and neuroscience
  • Practice the resiliency skill of writing SFDs (from Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead™)
  • Develop the skill of challenging the stories we’re making up (also from Dare to Lead™)
