Facilitation: What Not to do!

Join us to learn from an experienced facilitator about the mistakes you might unintentionally be making that are disengaging your audience of learners. Dan Cain will share his "top 10" tips of what NOT to do while training a group. You will have the opportunity to review your recent facilitation experiences and identify possible improvements.

Dan Cain is a learning and development professional specializing in coaching, leadership development, and personal growth. He spent most of his career in New York City working in the hedge fund and finance sectors supporting training, culture, and leadership initiatives. 


Dan lives in Denver, Colorado and works at the Credit Union of Colorado. Dan holds a bachelor's degree from Marymount Manhattan in Communication Arts and a Master's of Education from Hunter College.


While his passion is in learning and development, his hobbies include yoga, hiking, art, and weekend road trips.
