Partner Event - ATD Pikes Peak Chapter
Removing Communication Barriers Webinar

Description:  This session will introduce you to an easy, but powerful, visual learning design method called Learning Environment Modeling or LEM.  This method will help diverse stakeholders and learning professionals share a single vision and expectations of an anticipated learning solution.

We will learn to correlate specific design elements to learning results, and how to facilitate more effective communications throughout the design process. This is a great addition and follow up to our discussion with Ann Rush in April!

Participants learn how to:

  • Visually communicate the correlations of specific design elements to learning results.
  • Use LEM to collaborate effectively with diverse role project teams.
  • Use a learning environment design system and tool to reduce ego-centered attitudes during the design process.

Presenter: Phylise Banner, Founder and President of Phylise Banner Consulting
