I help people learn, connect, and thrive. From onboarding frontline technicians to shaping corporate leadership programs for first- through fourth-line managers, equipping engineers with process documentation to outlining strategy for business sales and support teams, and even upskilling media and design peers, I have created end-to-end scalable and easily digestible curriculum for adult learners in learning new skills and developing talent for the future. More specifically, I facilitate hands-on essential learning to student SCUBA divers as a certified SCUBA Open Water & Specialties instructor and also teach emergency care/first response through First Response Training International and the American Red Cross.
