To qualify for Corporate Memberships, each member must be from the same organization. The price listed is the total price for the bundle and includes memberships for all corporate member up to the bundle limit. The person submitting this Corporate Group Membership application is considered the "Bundle Administrator" and will be able to manage all additional members after the application is completed. Memberships may be cancelled within seven (7) days of the receipt of a written cancellation request to email@example.com. A prorated refund will be processed to the original credit card if there is at least 31 days of membership time remaining on the account.
