Description: 

Why are Sony, GE, Google, Accenture, Intel and many other leading companies interested in Mindfulness? They are discovering how Mindfulness enhances workplace effectiveness, focus, productivity, job satisfaction and well-being while reducing stress and burnout. The latest neurological research combined with wisdom traditions is transforming work practices in companies across the globe.


The primary purpose of this session is to engage participants in dialogue and activities that will broaden understanding of how the mind functions and how we can harness the mind’s potential to achieve performance improvement across all levels of an organization.

About the Speaker

Marissa is Senior Consultant and Trainer with Potential Project, the leading supplier of Corporate Based Mindfulness Training on a global scale. As an executive coach and seasoned change management professional, Marissa brings over 20 years’ experience in organizational training, mindfulness in the workplace, psychology of workplace safety, and human performance consulting in organizations spanning 10 countries and 4 continents. Marissa has developed and delivered customized, evidence-based solutions to diverse work environments within public and private sectors.
