Why Training Isn’t Sticking and What L&D is Missing Right Now

You’ve delivered strong training.

People liked it.

They understood it.

And then… nothing changed.

So what’s missing?

In this interactive preview session, you’ll explore Psychological Capital (PsyCap) - a research-backed framework that explains why people struggle to apply what they know, especially under pressure.

We’ll explore:

  • Why skill-building alone doesn’t drive behavior change
  • The hidden factor behind performance, engagement, and resilience
  • How Hope, Efficacy, Resilience, and Optimism shape outcomes

You’ll also experience a live exercise you can apply immediately.

This session is for you if:

  • You’re navigating uncertainty, pressure, or transition
  • You want your training to actually stick
  • You’re ready to move beyond theory into real application

Walk away with:

  • A new lens on performance and behavior
  • One practical tool you can use immediately
  • A clear understanding of what the full SIG will offer
