Welcome to the Association for Talent Development Rocky Mountain Chapter community!

This interactive 30-minute virtual orientation is designed to help new members feel connected, confident, and ready to make the most of their ATD RMC membership from day one.

During this session, you’ll meet fellow members, learn what makes our chapter unique, and explore the many ways you can engage, grow, and build meaningful connections within the talent development community.

We’ll guide you through:

  • Who we are, our mission, and the diverse community that makes up ATD RMC
  • The six key pathways to maximize your membership
  • A live tour of the website to help you easily find events and opportunities
  • A simple “first 90 days” plan so you can take immediate, intentional action

You’ll also have the opportunity to introduce yourself, connect with others, and begin building your network right away. Whether you're looking to grow your skills, expand your network, or get more involved, this session will help you take your first steps with clarity and purpose.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued up to 10 days before an event, meeting, or webinar. We are unable to issue refunds later than that date. Refunds will not be issued when an all-inclusive member cannot attend an event. For more information regarding the refund policy, contact info@atdrmc.org.

By registering or attending any ATD Rocky Mountain Chapter-sponsored event, I am consenting to the use of any image of myself on the ATD Rocky Mountain Chapter's monthly newsletters, brochures, emails, website, recordings of any type (video, audio, and photography) and marketing materials.

The ATD Rocky Mountain Chapter sometimes promotes events that members may find of interest that are presented by other local professional organizations that we are affiliated with. For those events, the event's sponsor's policies apply.

Accessibility Statement: ATD Rocky Mountain events are accessible to all participants. If you have questions or require special accommodations or auxiliary aid related to a disability for you to participate in an event, please notify us at least three weeks in advance by message to president@atdrmc.org outlining your needs and request for accommodation. We will make every effort to work with you to accommodate your request. For requests made less than three weeks in advance of an event, we may be limited in our ability to accommodate your request based on available resources.
