Are you ready to move beyond the buzzwords and truly embrace a growth mindset that drives lasting behavioral change? While the concept of growth mindset is widely discussed, transforming it into actionable self-application is where the real challenge lies. It’s not just about adopting new language—it’s about reshaping perspectives in a way that leads to meaningful, sustainable transformation.

Join us for an engaging and interactive session designed specifically for adult learners. This session, hosted at Arrow Electronics and facilitated by Joel Lamoreaux, offers a unique opportunity to explore a practical approach to fostering growth mindset in leadership and talent development. You’ll gain insights into how to design impactful learning experiences that go beyond surface-level understanding.

Here’s what makes this session stand out:

  • Hands-On Experience: Dive into a thoughtfully crafted session that has been praised by past participants and even featured as a case study workshop at the Maise Learning Conference 2019.
  • Collaborative Debrief: After the session, engage in a dynamic group discussion to share experiences, brainstorm ideas, and refine approaches based on collective expertise.
  • Actionable Takeaways: Leave with a curated list of ideas and strategies to incorporate into your own learning programs, empowering you to drive growth and innovation within your organization.

Whether you’re a member of the Growth Mindset Special Interest Group (SIG) or simply curious about this transformative topic, this session is open to all.

Don’t miss this chance to elevate your leadership development skills and connect with like-minded professionals. Register now and take the first step toward creating impactful learning experiences that inspire lasting change!

Facilitator: Joel Lamoreaux

A member of Americas Employee Capability Team at Arrow Electronics, I presently focus on talent development program management and talent process execution. Prior to joining Arrow, I did similar work for a large financial services company – enabling talent processes and designing learning solutions that supported organizational transformation. During this time (about 20 years), I have had the opportunity to design, develop and facilitate sessions that include growth mindset as part of the learning content. This journey has resulted in an internal view that both deeply supports and questions the what, the how and the why of this concept. This SIG is meant to explore both sides (evangelist and critic), enabling each of us to create an informed point of view around if, when, and how it should be incorporated into our approach to talent development.
