Turn pressure into diamonds: Enable your leaders to stay well and stay in the game.

Achieving big, hard, and meaningful things in workplaces is becoming more necessary and common in response to change and pressure. Leaders are feeling stretched and overwhelmed, and like their teams, are susceptible to burnout.

How can you support your leaders to stay in the game and stay well, in spite of challenge and pressure? What thinking and strategies do they need to lead their people to do hard things, without burning them out? This session will introduce you to the Leading Well resources, designed to help leaders turn pressure into diamonds.

Hummingly is the creation of Jolie Wills and Elizabeth McNaughton, a duo who have worked in disasters around the world for more than two decades. Jolie and Elizabeth have led and supported teams in the most difficult of circumstances. They set about creating workshops and products that people, communities and workplaces the world over could access to do well when the pressure is on.
