Discovering Your Working Genius for Personal & Team Success

Are you ready to uncover the parts of the work process that energize and frustrate you?

Join us this June as we explore the Working Genius model created by Pat Lencioni of The Table Group. Discover the six essential types of work that drive personal fulfillment and professional success. We'll explore how understanding these types can empower you to leverage your natural gifts, enhance productivity, and cultivate a more cohesive team dynamic. By gaining insight into our unique strengths and preferences, you will be equipped to navigate your work with greater clarity, purpose, and effectiveness.

During the session, participants will complete a mini self-assessment to get a sense of their results. Several full assessments and copies of the companion book will be raffled off during the session. It will be interactive and participants will get to experience what a team session would look like.

What sets this tool apart?

  • It's simple: there are only six stages of work in the model
  • The assessment tool is 80% focused on productivity, 20% on personality
  • While many assessments help us understand how we are wired, this tool helps us understand how we best fit into the work process

Our in-person meeting will be hosted at Arrow Electronics off I-25 and Dry Creek. Feel free to arrive early, staring at 4:30pm for some in-formal networking.  You'll need your ID to sign in at the front desk. Light appetizes and beverages will be served.
