TOPIC: Strategic Visioning Facilitation Overview

Join Founder of Take Action Inc., Dana Wright-Wasson as she discusses a new approach to facilitating strategic vision setting with leaders.

Dana is a recognized consultant, speaker, and author dedicated to enhancing employee engagement, transforming organizational culture, driving sustainable change, and shaping innovative senior leadership strategy.

METDEV SIG Purpose:

The purpose of the Management, Executive and Team Development Special Interest Group is to meet every 6 weeks for 60 minutes to provide members:

• an opportunity to build connections with those that share a common passion

• an avenue to exchange and share impactful MET development ideas/activities that add business value

• a trusted group they can lean into to obtain answers that help them solve their business challenges

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued up to 5 days before an event, meeting, or webinar. We are unable to issue refunds later than that date. Refunds will not be issued when an all-inclusive member cannot attend an event. For more information regarding the refund policy, contact info@atdrmc.org.
