Indelible Impressions Consulting, LLC

Paul's success is rooted in a passion for people and helping them to be their best authentic selves - and to help organizations create cultures that embrace their authentic colleagues.

He understand the needs of a best-in-class, dynamic workplace and the challenges and rewards that it presents. Paul moved into Learning and Development and Change Management roles early on and found that those projects and responsibilities play to his strengths. Collaboration, decision-making in ambiguous environments, managing up, and working with colleagues of all levels - from newly-hired staff to seasoned leadership - are areas in which he excels and finds motivation.
