Through this presentation, Aaron Koenigseker will explore the role of Instructional Designers in the process of organizational change management.You will evaluate the role of Instructional Designers in leading and or promoting change management at organizations.

Speaker:

Aaron Koenigseker, MS, Certified Change Practitioner

Change Manager and Trainer at City of Aurora, Colorado

Aaron is a retired Army lieutenant colonel whose roots in training go back many years in numerous environments. From the field to vocational programs to an Associate Professor and advisor at the US Air Force Academy, he has varied experiences and skills. As a Prosci certified Change Management Practitioner starting with Accenture in a few weeks, Aaron now focuses on using his training background to complement change management methodologies to ensure clients are informed and knowledgeable on their new Workday software platform.
