Does the thought of creating a budget for your program or event send you into a panic? Do you think budgeting is just for "numbers" people? Guess again........because budgeting really is just your best guess as to what you think will happen. You actually create budgets on a daily basis - do you plan out your daily tasks and identify how much time to dedicate to each task? Well, that is budgeting! So, don't be afraid of the numbers, and come join our interactive session where you can learn how to:

Identify methods used to create budgets.
Discuss components of a training or event budget.
Create a basic budget.
Explain budget variances.
