The ATD RMC Instructional Design Special Interest Group Presents:
Converting ILT to eLearning: Your Questions Answered

**In Person Event**

Many organizations want their learning opportunities to have a wider reach, provide consistent messaging, and be available on demand. While e-learning isn't new, recent events such as the global COVID-19 pandemic have prompted L&D leaders to assess if their delivery methods are the best fit for a workforce that's increasingly virtual and distributed. When considering a shift to e-learning or virtual instructor-led training (V-ILT), it can be daunting to know where to start, what to expect, and how to make it happen. In this session, we'll tackle some of the most common questions about converting from ILT to E-Learning, such as how to decide if E-Learning is the best solution, when to use V-ILT, E-Learning, or blended approaches, making the case for E-Learning, and how to implement an E-Learning project. Bring your experience, questions, and insights to the discussion! The event includes networking, the presentation and a discussion.

Please bring your own outdoor chair (folding or camping chair) for relaxing at the park. If you don't have one, please reach out to id.sig@atdrmc.org.

Light snacks and refreshments provided.
