Building 3 Core Mental Muscles

If you are not physically fit, you would feel physical stress as you climb a steep hill. If you are not mentally fit, you would feel mental stress such as anxiety, frustration or unhappiness as you handle work and relationship challenges. Mental fitness (PQ) is defined as your capacity to respond to life's challenges with a positive rather than a negative mindset. The impact of mental fitness is peak performance, peace of mind and wellness, and healthy relationships. PQ is built upon research that includes results from over 500,000 participants from 50 countries and utilizes elements of positive psychology, neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and performance science.
