Talent Development in Organizations Large and Small

Members have spoken and this is the topic that was most requested by ATD Rocky Mountain Chapter members in 2020!

Curious about what it's like to work in a big company... a small one... or one that's in-between? What is it like moving from one to another? During this session, our panelists from across industries and companies will describe talent development at their organizations. They tell us what is great and challenging about the size of their company and how that drives their talent development efforts.
