META-Coaching: How You Can Help Others Be Better Coaches

Improving coaching skills is essential for all Learning & Development professionals since most are, at some point, asked to help others set goals and help determine action steps. Join us to learn more about essential coaching skills, like being present and helping others with a fixed or growth mindset, and practicing empathetic listening. You'll hear about how these might be used in the workplace or consulting and leave with information on the GROW model to apply with your teams.
