Lori earned an MBA from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Wheaton College (IL). Prior to launching The MentorShift Group in 2011, Lori led teams in multi-billion dollar merger and acquisitions projects. In that role, she enjoyed “helping everyone play together well on the playground” as she navigated the waters of combining oftentimes rival companies to create shareholder value. She grew and matured in her leadership in the aerospace world, and enjoyed years of working with and learning from real “rocket scientists”, gifted engineers and astronauts who had been to the moon and back. Literally. Since launching the MentorShift Group in 2011, she has had the opportunity to work with clients across a range of industries: Banking, Wealth Management, Telecom, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Engineering and Technology. She has authored three books, MentorShift, MentorShift at Work, and How to Find a Great Mentor for You (Without Awkward, Aimless and Arbitrary Searching) Lori lives with her family in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
