Previously, Diane co-founded the strategic business consultancy Whole Strategies. She has held senior leadership roles at McStain Neighborhoods and Level 3 Communications and has more than 25 years of strategic leadership experience at Fortune 500 companies, including YUM! Brands and Macy’s. Diane has led teams and organizations (McStain Neighborhoods and OtterBox) to attain “Top 10” state and national recognition for being “Great Places to Work”.
