ATD Northern Rockies Chapter- Talent Development Reporting Principles: New Standards for L&D Measurement and Reporting

Join Dave Vance to learn about these new standards for measurement and reporting which have already been adopted by hundreds of organizations. The standards, called Talent Development Reporting Principles (TDRp), were developed by a group of industry thought leaders and practitioners including Kent Barnett, Tamar Elkeles, Josh Bersin, Jack Phillips, Rob Brinkerhof, Dave Vance and 30 others over a two-year period ending in 2012. The Center for Talent Reporting, which Dave now leads, was formed in 2012 as the home for TDRp. All types and sizes of organizations have adopted TDRp including for-profits. nonprofits, educational institutions, and governments.
In this session you will learn

  • The three types of measures all organizations should report
  • The difference between managing and monitoring your measures
  • The five steps to run learning with business-like discipline
  • The three reports which should be used to best manage your programs and department
