Presentation Description

People are creatures of habit. At least 90% of our thoughts are the same—day after day. Our brains aren’t naturally wired to create and embrace change, but fortunately, we can retrain our brains to be more agile. In this engaging and interactive presentation, Dr. Casey Mulqueen will share how mindset affects behavior and ultimately, our performance. He will also help us consider how agility can make a substantial difference in our workplaces.

Key Topics Include:

  • Exploring the cognitive biases that hold you back from developing your own, personal agility
  • Determining specific strategies to help you overcome your biases, and ultimately help build organizational agility in the workplace

This informative, dynamic workshop will help you address the barriers and biases that limit your ability to think and act with agility and innovation, teaching you how to achieve positive change. TRACOM’s methodology is based on the latest in neuroscience and cognitive psychology, and this interactive session is ideal for those looking to bring creativity and new ways of operating into their workplace.
