Sarah Schepman is a learning and development leader, leadership coach, and dynamic facilitator who is driven by the deeply held belief in the value of professional learning and coaching and the profound impact it can have on organizational achievement and employee well-being. She is committed to helping organizations leverage the full potential of their most valuable asset—their people. With 30 years of experience across a diverse range of industries in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors, she has successfully designed and led impactful management and leadership programs, academies, and teams. Sarah has won awards for outstanding facilitation, holds multiple course certifications, including DiSC, Success Signals, Lumina Spark, Lumina Leader, Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability, among others. She is inspired to foster self-awareness, team connection, and sustainable growth.
Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, a Master's Degree in Adult Education (with an emphasis in Teaching and Learning), and is a certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also formally trained through the Coaching Academy for Leaders.
