Dear ATD Rocky Mountain Chapter Members and Colleagues.
The situation regarding the COVID-19 Coronavirus continues to evolve, we want to assure you that the health and safety of our members, our families, our partners, and our communities is our highest priority. Our hearts go out to anyone who has been impacted by this outbreak and our thoughts are with you.
ATD Rocky Mountain Chapter Events
With that being said, we are moving all scheduled events for March and April to a virtual environment. If you registered for one of our upcoming events, we will automatically move you to the virtual event and will provide you with webinar/virtual log in information 24 hours in advance of the event.
For our summer events, we will continue to monitor the situation and provide you with updates. If necessary, we will provide programming in a virtual environment. For in-person events, we will continue to follow the guidance set forth by local, state, and federal health officials.
2020 ATD International Conference & EXPO
Many of you have reached out to the board regarding the status of ATD 2020. As of the time of this message, ATD has not cancelled the conference. As additional information becomes available, ATD National will post updates in the conference FAQ and communicate directly with those who have registered for the conference as attendees and volunteers.
We realize that many of you may need to move your training to a virtual environment. The board opened a Slack channel today where you can ask questions and provide best practices regarding virtual training – we are a community of talent development experts and can help each other out. Just click here to join in our virtual_events Slack channel. You can also send me your email address and I can add you to the channel.
As the situation changes, we will update you. Stay healthy and safe. I hope to see you at an event soon.
