Description:

Elaine Biech, globally recognized trainer and president of ebb associates inc, will lead an informal, participative discussion aimed at discovering beyond-the-classroom options you can customize for your organization.  The 70-20-10 model provides guidance for our role as talent developers. We are experts at delivering the 10 percent formal learning in classrooms or virtually, but may not be prepared for a role beyond instructor-led training.  You will walk away with 101 activities to use before, during, after or in place of your training sessions.

Once again, Elaine will bring books for giveaways.  The 2015 evening with Elaine was enjoyed by all and we are looking forward to welcoming her back.  As in the past, the Pikes Peak chapter will provide substantial hors d'oeuvres and buy your first drink.  Please arrange to join us for this special event!
