Strategy + Creative Project Manager & Executive Director at Owlish

Sarah Phelps is a Strategy + Creative Project Manager consulting with Collective Flow Consulting on communications projects worldwide. She has a passion for global equity and advocacy for the LGBTQIA2S+ community, as well as dedication to People-First organizational principles and DEIBJ. She has recently accepted the Executive Director role at Owlish, a non-profit serving LGBTQ+ older adults. Sarah is also ghostwriting an autobiography. Sarah brings 20+ years of non-profit and volunteer experience with organizations such as River City Mixed Chorus and the American Red Cross, as well as award-winning professional experience building development programs, driving innovative thought, and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion groups. Sarah contributes her strengths-based leadership style and strategic communications and planning experience to numerous start-ups and volunteer opportunities.
