Prepare yourself for a 10 week journey on Mt. Everest with a global multi-generational team. Brooke Chestnut will share stories, images and leadership strategies from the slopes of Everest that have influenced his audience's future to attract, engage and retain top talent in today's workforce. Discover how your organization can apply these impactful strategies to improve retention and build a successful, sustainable multi-generational foundation for the future. 

Participants will:

  1. Learn three ways to improve communication between all generations in today's workforce.
  2. Discover three similarities for success on Everest and in your culture. 
  3. Understand the value of a multi-generational team.

Brooke Chesnut has dedicated 30 years of corporate experience and combined that with climbing the highest peaks around the world. Drawing from those experiences, Brooke helps entrepreneurs, business executives and Human Resources professionals improve their leadership skills, overcome adversity, and grow their businesses in a competitive environment. 

Brooke shares a unique perspective as a worldwide mountaineer whose leadership model way dynamically influenced with time spent climbing Mount Everest in 2018 with a multigenerational team.

Brooke also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Daniels School of Business at the University of Denver leading seminars about "Leadership in the Cross-Generational Workplace."

He connects with audiences through a highly conversational, story-driven and visual experience. Brooke will take audiences to the mountainside soothes can "see what I saw, sense what I felt, and learn what I realized."
