  3. Identify practical strategies to leverage purpose to increase your success and the success of others

Now more than ever we are reflecting on our life and contemplating our sense of purpose. Purpose is fundamental to life. It is an internal desire that inspires us through life and gives meaning and value to our daily existence. It gives us the will to live regardless of our circumstances. The power of purpose gives us the ability to live with choice, dignity, and meaning. Purpose empowers us to both survive and also thrive! 

In The Power of Purpose workshop, Kara Sand, CPTD® will share heart-centered insights and guide you through a purpose blueprint. You’ll learn practical strategies that will help you leverage your purpose to create success for you and your organization.

This interactive and engaging workshop is for YOU if you are feeling:

Kara Sand, CPTD®

Kara Sand’s purpose is to empower leaders and teams to overcome challenges such as employee disengagement or strained relationships to create a culture of success through purpose-driven methodologies.

Kara is a charismatic and skilled trainer, facilitator, coach, and consultant with over 15 years of experience. She has a Master’s Degree in Communication and is a Certified Professional in Talent Development. She consults with organizations to help create happy cohesive teams, to unlock productivity, and to boost retention.

Previously, Kara worked as a learning and development consultant for a top-ranking general contractor where she partnered with leadership to analyze organization learning needs and align solutions to business strategies and goals.

General Public - $30.00 in person
